Inclement Weather Procedures
During inclement weather conditions if school is delayed or cancelled, the all call system is utilized and you will receive a phone call as soon as a decision is made. To update a phone # on the all call system please contact Ann Grause at 606-724-5421.
Springmyer Communications Network serves the Robertson County School District and is the primary contact for major TV and radio stations is the Tri-State area. The following radio, TV, and sister stations are associated with the school Closing Network:
WCPO/TV CH 9, WLW/AM 700, WSTR/TV CH 64, WCKY/AM1530, CINCI.COM, WKID/FM95.9, and WXIX/TV CH 19.
New Student Enrollment Information
Set up an appointment with the school to enroll by contacting 606-724-5421. During this appointment, the parent or legal guardian must provide the forms and information listed below to register your child. There a printable checklist, enrollment form, and emergency permission form located on the Forms & Links tab of this website.

Medical Examination

Preschool and Kindergarten: All children enrolling in preschool or kindergarten must have a physical examination performed within one year prior to their admission. This examination must be recorded on the school medical examination form and may be obtained from the Robertson County School.

Middle School: All children enrolling in 6th grade must have a physical examination within one year prior to entry into 6th grade. This examination must be recorded on a school medical examination form and may be obtained from the Robertson County School.

- Copy of Child's Social Security Card
- Free Lunch Form
- Proof of Residency - street address which may include utility bills to the legal guardian, rental/lease/purchase contracts, etc.
- Dental Screening Form- Due Jan 1st of the school year for ages 5 & 6 only (Printable form can be found on the Forms & Links tab of this website).
- Eye Examination Form- Due Jan 1st of the first school year that a 3-6 year old child is enrolled (Printable form can be found on the Forms & Links tab of this website.
Students should enroll at their school before the first day for students. If a student withdraws from another school, it is important to enroll them in a new school facility immediately.
